Villa Oneum
Three apartments, no more. Villa Oneum stands on the hillside above Omiš, where the Dinaric mountains drop to the Adriatic — and every one of the three looks out to sea.
This is a family place and we run it ourselves. Most of the time we are there when you arrive: we meet you at the door, hand over the keys and show you how everything works, in English, German or Croatian. When we cannot be, nothing is lost — every apartment has a smart lock and a key safe, so a delayed flight or a long drive is never a problem. Either way, there are cold drinks waiting in the fridge.
Inside, everything is new and chosen with care rather than bought in bulk. Air conditioning and a television in every room. Kitchens fitted to actually cook in — oven, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, everything where you would expect it. Beds that guests keep singling out in their reviews. Cleanliness is the thing we never compromise on: SOL and VIVA are both scored a straight 10 for it.
All three apartments welcome pets, and all three differ in what they give you outdoors. SOL has 125 square metres and a heated salt-water pool on the roof that belongs to this apartment alone. MARE has 85 square metres and its own jacuzzi on the terrace. VIVA has 70 square metres, two bathrooms and the balcony our guests mention most.
Parking is free and private, right at the house. The beach is down the hill. The old town of Omiš is a fifteen-minute walk.
